Tickets - Can I create a free live stream ticket?
The system does not allow issuing completely free tickets for live stream events or the "Watch Again" feature. However, there are a couple of alternative options:
1. Set up an online event without a live video component, which enables you to create free ticket types.
2. Issue complimentary paid tickets to selected individuals by following the steps for issuing comp tickets in the Box Office section.
While free access cannot be directly granted for live streamed events, these workarounds provide ways to distribute complimentary virtual tickets or avoid video streaming entirely for free online events. The system is designed to ensure all live stream and recording access requires a paid ticket.
An alternative is to create an event using the online event option (please see ”Location - How do I set up an online event?“) where the free ticket function can be used.
