Request Ticket Wallet

If you didn't receive your Ticket Wallet to your registered email address in a timely manner you can use this easy tool to re-request it.

Please add no-reply@citizenticket.co.uk to your email contact list - this can especially help delivery for Hotmail, Outlook, Live.com & email addresses provided by an ISP.

Some email services, for example Gmail & Hotmail, auto-categorise emails under tabs - it's worth checking these, as well as your spam or "junk" folder.
