Information

Love Your Tent is the original, premium luxury, sustainable and environmentally driven festival camping initiative, offering a private, immaculate field with lovely clean hot showers, vacuum toilets, our private café serving delicious cooked meals, hot drinks and snacks, the Love Your Tent pamper parlour, our exclusive secret stage and a safe, secure camping experience throughout the festival.

Please note that you will need a Love Your Tent field entry ticket in addition to your Festival Weekend Camping Ticket.

If you book just a Tent Deposit without any Love Your Tent tickets then the booking will not be valid and will be refunded.

When you book with us we provide a reserved, pre-marked out pitch for your tent in the Love Your Tent field. In order to stay with us, you commit to take you tent and all of your belongings home with you after the festival by agreeing to the Love Your Tent terms and conditions at the point of purchase. This means that you really must take it home and not just pack it up and dump it outside! WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO STAY WITH US: One Love Your Tent Ticket for each person staying with us. Each ticket must have the individual camper's name on it. One Isle of Wight Festival Weekend Camping Ticket for each person staying with us. One refundable Tent Deposit Ticket of £30 for each tent that your party brings along. This will be returned once you have taken both your tent and belongings away with you after the festival. Terms and Conditions
Before you book into the Love Your Tent Campsite you must agree that you will take your tent and all belongings home with you after the festival. If you do not wish to do this please do not book with
us.

All tickets are sold as non-transferable. Early Bird tickets and Instalment tickets are non-transferable and non- refundable.

These terms and conditions are between Love Your Tent (“us” or “we”) and you (“you”) at any event
(“the Event”).

The following terms and conditions together with your online booking reference from the Love Your
Tent form the agreement between us (“the Agreement”)

Services
1.1 We will provide all the services as described on our ticketing website when you book with us.
Services in this case mean toilet blocks, shower units and anything else pertinent to the festival you book for.

1.2 You agree to treat our staff, other users of the campsite and other individuals at the festival with respect at all times. Should you fail to do so or display any abusive, disrespectful or anti-social behaviour of any kind we reserve the right to have you removed from the Love Your Tent campsite.

Bookings and Payment

2.1 All bookings of our Services must be made through email.

2.2 Payment must be made in full and at the time of booking, unless you opt to take our instalment option (see instructions). All payments must be made via credit or debit card online or bacs transfer to our business account upon receipt of invoice.

2.3 You will receive an email confirming receipt of your booking which will have a unique reference number. You must bring this reference number and the email along when checking into the Love Your Tent campsite at your chosen event.

2.4 In addition to the ticket fee you will be charged a refundable deposit for each tent in your booking. When your tent and belongings are taken away with you at the end of the event, the deposit will be refunded in full to the card that you booked with. If you leave anything or any rubbish, you forfeit your deposit.

2.5 You may alter your booking subject to space and availability or you may ask us for a refund subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of the Event, unless you have purchased Early Bird or Instalment tickets, which are sold as non-transferrable and non-refundable tickets.

3.2 Cancellation of this booking by you will only be accepted in writing by way of email to info@loveyourtent.com. Telephone messages will not be accepted as notice of cancellation.

3.3 If you cancel your Standard Tickets booking at any time (under the conditions contained herein) the following conditions apply:

If cancelled 30 days or more from the event start date, 50% of the remaining total paid will remain payable to Love Your Tent and so you will receive a 50% refund.
If cancelled 29 days or less from the event start date, 70% of the remaining total paid will remain payable to Love Your Tent and so you will receive a 30% refund.
If cancelled 3 days or less from the event start date 100% of the remaining total paid will remain payable to Love Your Tent and so you will receive no refund.
Your tent deposit will be refunded in full whatever notice is given by you.

3.4 In the event of the cancellation or postponement of 2027's IOW festival, 20% of the ticket face value of tickets purchased after 24th June 2027 will be non-refundable and retained as a handling fee by LYT. Without this, LYT may not exist in future.

The Event

4.1 The Event(s) at which you book space with Love Your Tent is/are not owned or operated by us and we have no responsibility towards you for any part of the Event other than the Love Your Tent Campsite.

4.2 You must follow all rules and regulations as laid down by the Event.

4.3 We are not responsible for the actions of any individuals attending an Event nor if those actions affect your enjoyment of the festival or the Love Your Tent campsite.

4.4 If the festival is cancelled or abandoned for any reason outside of our control we will offer a refund. If the festival is abandoned after it has started and you have begun using the Love Your tent campsite, any refund we give you will be at our sole discretion.

4.5 Booking a space in the Love Your Tent campsite does not include a ticket for the Event itself – you must have purchased a valid ticket for each Event before booking into the Love Your Tent campsite. You will be asked for this information at the time of booking.

Liability

5.1 We are not liable to you under any circumstances for any property damage or theft so please don’t leave any valuables in your tent(s) or unattended at any time.

5.2 Our total liability including the liability of our agents, subcontractors and employees in respect of any Services or Equipment provided to you is (except in relation to personal injury or death caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents) limited to the amount paid for your booking.

5.3 You accept that the limitations of our liability set out above are reasonable in all circumstances.
Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury arising as a result of our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents.
