About the Artists:
Mike McKenzie:
Mike McKenzie is a BBC award winning songwriter from Edinburgh. Described by The List as “A melting pot of Scottish folk, jangle pop and Americana”, “Gorgeous” by Jo Whiley and “An outstanding talent” by Grant Stott, Mike’s music has received national airplay from BBC 6 Music, Radio 2, Radio 4 and Radio Scotland. Mike has previously opened for major touring artists (Lucy Spraggan, Wet Wet Wet, Horse, Rianne Downie) and extensive touring has seen him bring his wholesome, feel good energy to iconic venues and festivals including The Barrowlands, SWG3, King Tut’s, Queen's Hall, TRNSMT, Hidden Door, Solas Festival, Edinburgh Hogmanay and Edinburgh PRIDE. Outside of his solo work, Mike is a prolific writer and collaborator, having worked with Creative Scotland, LGBT Health & Wellbeing, PJ Moore (The Blue Nile) and Black Lilys, as well as regularly co-writing for upcoming and established artists around the world.

Sarah Owens:
Irish singer-songwriter Sarah Owens brings a mystical, ethereal quality to her songs - music you might expect to hear in the wee hours at the back of an old man’s pub, off the beaten track. Her music has a simple, honest approach, drawing from personal life experiences, with loss, love, and friendship running as core themes, all set within a strong indie/folk influence.

Pianodrome Bruntsfield is at The St.Oswald's Center at 41 Montpelier Park, Bruntsfield, Edinburgh EH10 4NB, just parallel to the main street and next to the primary school. Concessions:
We do not check your right to a concession or name your price ticket. If you feel you can afford the full price please select this ticket. However, concessions prices are there to help anybody attend the show - if you need a lower cost ticket you are in the best position to determine that. No questions asked.
Accessibility:
