About this event
Edinburgh's own Tenement Jazz Band breath fresh life to Early jazz, Ragtime and Blues with an acoustic, dance-friendly sound and easy warmth on stage. Named "Best Band" at the 2022 Scottish Jazz Awards, these five friends share era-authentic repertoire, close-knit ensemble playing, and love of music, all sprinkled with a little light whimsy. After a busy first half of the year touring everywhere from Kippen to the Côte d'Azur, the Tenement Jazz Band are very excited to return to the Pianodrome for a fun and family-friendly Fringe show. Hoping we see you there.

Venue Information
Pianodrome Bruntsfield is at The St.Oswald's Center at 41 Montpelier Park, Bruntsfield, Edinburgh EH10 4NB, at the corner of Montpelier and Montpelier Park and next to the Bruntsfield primary school.

The Pianodrome is based in a 130 year old ex church building, and currently the space is unheated, so please remember to wrap up warm.

Free Entry, By Donation We think it's important to offer free music and culture to all. The acts for these shows are always paid and we rely on donations on the day to maintain our free shows. Suggested donation is £10, though any amount is welcome! :)

Accessibility
There is ramped access to the main hall of the Pianodrome on Montpelier (the entrance to the South-East of the building ///circle.item.tidy).

We have an accessible toilet and space for wheelchairs. Most of our performances are relaxed performances. If you have any access requirements please feel free to email us at boxoffice@pianodrome.org.

You do not need a ticket for babies, but if your child is likely to take space in a seat then please book them a ticket.
