Our next Play Nice gig will be the Edinburgh album launch for Hank Tree's forthcoming release, Care I.
Care I is set for release on the 25th of September. We would like to celebrate with YOU at Home Bar 🏠
The first single, Tagalong, is a brooding, expressive whirlwind, full of promise of what's to come. It features Peter Broderick (Erased Tapes/collaborator with Nils Frahm & M. Ward) who co-produced, mixed and mastered the album.
For this show, Hank Tree will be performing as a duo, with Fergus MacDonald joined by double bassist and vocalist Clarissa Cheong (Eagleowl), who also features heavily on the album.
We'll have support from Edinburgh-based alt-folk legends Emma Capponi and Fionnbarr Byrne.
