Who is Born At Midnite and why is it so important to you?
Born At Midnite are not your garden variety drag and drop producers, they are a vertically integrated song machine. Employing samplers, fake drums, tape machine, and their patented ‘do it myself’ method; the Montreal based duo bring their tracks from ground up to thumbs up all from a low rent former tax office above a dress shop. Playing into, whilst poking fun at, our era’s omnipresent narcissism and self indulgence the group stitch together an unsponsored sort of ‘product-placement-punk’.

What are they doing now?
Since 2020 the self appointed town heroes BAM have been flourishing in their own Belle Epoque, casually dropping the shallowest of cuts, play it again jams, and booya bangers to cosmo and countryside fanfare alike.

Who’s in the band?
Amery Sandford is a visual artist and easy going pop songstress. She recently released her first solo record Amery - Continue As Amery on Night School Records. David Carriere is a producer, songwriter, and guitarist in the bands TOPS and Marci.
