Education Visit Registration Pass

Information

• Once you have selected the right kind of pass for your school, proceed to the checkout
• At this point, we’ll ask you for some more details about you, and your school
• Once you’ve completed the booking, you’ll receive two emails :a copy of your pass, and a confirmation of your pass booking. The pass grants you access to a calendar, where you can select your preferred date and time for an education session
• Citizen Ticket creates a ‘Ticket Wallet’ for you – this is just a section of their website where you can view your pass and any education sessions you’ve booked
• To access your Ticket Wallet, you’ll need to sign in on the Citizen Ticket website. Use the email address you used for your registration and ask for a verification code to be emailed to you. Paste the code into the box on the sign in page and hit ‘Verify’
• You can amend, transfer or cancel any tickets you’ve booked from your Ticket Wallet
