Information

As the sun sets on another Borders Book Festival, step into the stories of the Highlands with writer and storyteller Dougie Strang. In The Bone Cave, he journeys on foot through wild landscapes, following ancient myths and folktales back to their roots. With the eerie soundtrack of the red deer rut echoing through the hills, this is a deeply atmospheric exploration of place, memory and the more-than-human world. Thoughtful, lyrical and quietly spellbinding, this event with Dougie is an invitation to slow down, listen closely and see the landscape in a new light.
