Led by Yoga Ganesh’s Braxton, we will move through and past the physical body, our prana, and learn how to flow from the external to the internal world of mindfulness and meditation. Braxton will guide you through this experience - exposing you to and through the inner bridge and on to the peaceful awareness and observation of the authentic self. Suitable for all levels. Mat, water, eye mask and thick cosy blanket or sleeping bag required.
