Braxton leads a slow-paced yoga session combining somatic movements, prana breath, and rhythmic swaying. Suitable for all levels. Bring mat, water, loose clothing.
Led by Braxton, this session encompasses flowing somatic and yogic movements, with a focus on the prana breath. Although it will be a relatively slow-paced practice, there will be elements of energised, rhythmic swaying & gentle twisting as we immerse within, through and into our free, flow yogic energies. Suitable for all levels. Mat, water and suitable loose clothing required.
