Anna Hryniewicz is an award-winning pianist, visual artist and educator based in Dublin. Hailing from Poland, she began learning the piano at the age of six, while at the same time developing her interests in the visual arts, and graduated from the University of Czestochowa in Poland, where she specialised in Artistic Education and Painting. Anna continued her studies at the TU Dublin Conservatoire, where she obtained a Master of Music in Piano Performance under the supervision of the renowned pianist Pádhraic Ó Cuinneagáin. She was the first prize winner and a gold medallist for her full-length piano recital in the Lorcan Sherlock Competition. She recently received a Recognition Award for teaching piano from Royal Irish Academy of Music. Earlier, Anna was a finalist in many competitions and made her debut as a pianist in Wrocław, Poland, performing at venues such as the Club of Music and Literature, Radio Music Hall and the National Philharmonic in Wroclaw, where she gave acclaimed performances of contemporary music. In Ireland, she has been performing both as a soloist and as a chamber musician and exhibiting as a painter for the past 15 years, as well as teaching piano and voice, both in-person and online, to students of all ages and skill levels.
