About Ailish McCarthy
Ailish McCarthy is a stand up comedian with over 7 years experience. She has worked with various organizations on their TikTok campaigns as well as featured on short projects with RTE, Virgin Media and Newscheck Comedy. Ailish is responsible for the Comedy Amendment Bill 2024 going through the Dáil advocating for comedy to have the same access as other performing artforms. Ailish has supported Damo Clarke, Fred Cooke, Foil Arms & Hog, Jason Byrne and Deirdre O'Kane. Ailish is also a fluent Irish speaker
