Information

The Red Lion is the heart of the community for Chirnside in 1964 and is soon to play host to a very special occasion: Alastair and Doreen’s wedding reception! Preparations are underway with Davie as best man, Reverend Aitken conducting the service, and Jean and Mary taking on the catering. But will Doreen be satisfied with the choice of venue? And will Sheila approve of Morag’s mysterious new man? And will Mary remember the wedding cake, or will everyone end up on angel delight?

All will be revealed in the third and final instalment of The Red Lion saga!

Complete with violent barmaids, anachronistic singing, and mince and tatties galore; The Red Lion – The Final Chapter features all the familiar characters and elements back for one last round, exploring what happens to the pub's ageing clientele when local customs cross big city ideas.
