Edinburgh Bar Show is a trade-only event for bartenders and drinks industry professionals. It is designed to educate, inspire, celebrate and connect the global bar community through a three-day programme of expert-led seminars, bar takeovers, brand experiences and trade-focused events.

What's on at Edinburgh Bar Show...
By day, we focus on knowledge-sharing and inspiration with hourly seminars hosted by leading industry figures at The Voodoo Rooms. Trends and insights, skills development, career advancement, business strategy, sustainability, service enhancement and inclusivity are just some of the themes that will be explored by prominent industry voices this year.
Out with the hub, you can attend the Johnnie Walker Black Ruby Lounge at the Johnnie Walker Experience - a series of educational sessions hosted by globally renowned bartender Ryan ‘Mr Lyan’ Chetiyawardana. The Campari Academy also returns for its third year with top talent sharing their invaluable knowledge through workshops, talks and demonstrations.
The evenings see a whirlwind schedule of high-profile bar takeovers happening across the city, with the world's best bars guest-shifting it behind the stick of Edinburgh's most celebrated establishments, showcasing their skills and serves that have placed them in the World's Top 50.
Each day then closes with unforgettable end-of-night parties hosted by Aberfeldy, Patron, St-Germain and Hendrick's Gin.
