Beneath the surface of three “ordinary” lives lie stories of reproductive health struggles, sexual violence, and addiction — stories so familiar they could belong to us, our sisters, our mothers. As their masks fall away, we’re invited to recognise our own hidden truths, tucked deep into our bodies and away from those we love most.

These women call us into their circle — into song, dance, movement, breathwork, and collective release — as they fight to loosen trauma’s grip on the body.
