Calling all bread enthusiasts! Join doctor, author, and Great British Bake Off finalist James Morton chatting to host Helen Cross about The Big Book of Bread: Recipes and Stories from Around the Globe. James will also lead one of his expert bread masterclasses, taking us on a fascinating tour around the world through his passion for baking.
James will be available for a (time-limited) book signing after the event. His book will be available to purchase at the event, during Fringe by the Sea (1-10 August) through Night Owl Books. All ages are welcome. Under 16s must be accompanied by an over 18. This is a seated event (unreserved). The Lodge stage venue is wheelchair accessible.
