The session offers traditional yoga with a fun twist of modern moves, spinal focus, beneficial breath work and feel good energy flows. Jen has been teaching yoga for almost 8 years now and after adding Synergy Yoga to her qualifications in Sri Lanka in 2024, she is super excited to be sharing it all at FBTS. Synergy Yoga is a style of yoga that is not taught by many in the UK yet, offering it in combination with the well known and well loved vinyasa yoga style brings depth, fun and something a little different to the mat! Come and be part of it, it will only make you FEEL GOOD! Suitable for 12+.
