Seasonal Yoga works to align our bodies and minds with the changing energies in nature. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine it supports the bodies meridian systems (energy pathways) through yoga, breathwork, meridian stretches and meditation.
This 45 minute session with Aimée, founder of Wild Tide Yoga, will work with the Earth element of Late Summer, preparing the body for the transition into Autumn. Participants will focus on balancing the meridians of the stomach and the spleen -with grounding breathwork, yoga to connect with our core, qi-gong, meditation and relaxation.
The session will leave everyone feeling grounded, centred and ready for the changing season. For beginners to seasoned yogis. Participants should be able to move from standing to sitting without assistance and be comfortable on the floor. Ages 18+. Bring a mat/towel.
