Join us for an intimate morning in conversation with Kathryn Baker, founding partner at Sacred Grounds Coffee Company, who will be shairing with you her extensive knowledge on all things coffee. From sourcing top quality ingredients, through production and how producers like Sacred Grounds work together with local producers such as Chole Oswald of Chocolatia.
At Hospitalfield, we want everyone to experience our warm hospitality, from our resident artists to our festival goers and cafe diners. With this in mind, we have devised a series of special events that gives you an opportunity to learn about and taste the best that Angus has to offer. This morning event is the second where we are partnering with some of the best producers in Angus and the wider Tayside region.
As well as samples throughout the conversation, your ticket includes a specially selected menu of freshly brewed Sacred Grounds coffee, award winning handmade Chocolatia truffles and Hospitalfield cake.
As we plan these special events to take place in the Garden Café, we like to think that we are continuing the legacy of the founder of Hospitalfield, artist Patrick Allan Fraser, (1813-90), who was a committed supporter and patron of local craftspeople. As a consequence, we make sure that at the heart of every menu designed by our creative kitchen team, is a belief that we have some of the finest food and drink producers right here on our doorstep.
