Ahead of their "Surround Sound" shows The Phoenix Choir invite you to join them for an explorative workshop looking at voices in space beyond the "traditional choir" set up.

You don't need previous experience of singing or being in a choir, and there will be no sheet music - we love learning songs and harmonies by ear, and we'll explore what happens to how we experience music when you also play with space and where the sounds are coming from!

Hosted by Kat Brooks, the workshop will also be a chance to sing alongside members of our auditioned soul choir - it's a great chance to dive into singing with Edinburgh's most vibrant choir!
