Midday to 4pm we'll have a free open piano, with Alexandra Hamilton running an extended Pianosharing from 1-4pm (Sign up and play). Donations accepted.

We return to celebrate the annual Piano Day at Pianodrome; to praise the beloved ebonies and ivories and all of the colours inbetween.
This year we'll host an entire day of piano performance with an open piano during the daytime and a ticketed evening show featuring Mirana Faiz, Adam Heron and Blair Coron

About the Artists
Mirana Faiz – Concert Pianist & Composer
Mirana Faiz is a Cypriot-British award winning concert pianist, contemporary classical composer, and score arranger, renowned for her expressive, narrative-driven piano music. She holds a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from Leeds Conservatoire (2017). Her debut album DREAMS was recorded at Abbey Road Studios and premiered internationally to strong critical and audience acclaim. She has performed internationally in prestigious venues across the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia, including concert halls, historic estates, and castles.

Adam Heron
A multidisciplinary classical pianist of Nigerian-Filipino ancestry, Adam Heron is the winner of the 2020 Harriet Cohen Bach Prize. Born in Hong Kong, then adopted by his Irish mother, Adam rose to prominence following his 2018 television debut as a BBC Young Musician piano finalist. Through his unique artistry, coupled with an innate flair for communication, he strives to become a leading ambassador for classical music.

Blair Coron
Blair Coron is a musician and poet from Springfield, a small village in Scotland. His quiet and intimate music blends modern classical, storytelling and traditional melodies, with themes of nature, people, time and place. Through music, words and cinematography, Blair's primary intention is to create enchanting atmospheres that sets course for introspection and connection to the landscapes surrounding us.
After the success of his debut album On the Nature of Things, Blair released his second album and accompanying film Cairn, in collaboration with the School of Scottish Studies Archives and National Trust for Scotland and funded by Creative Scotland. It is a celebration of Scottish heritage, a thank you to all it has given so far, containing new music set to archival interviews of those living in the Highlands and Islands during the early 20th century discussing local legends, childhood reminiscences and traditions long forgotten.
Currently, Blair is writing his next studio album after a period away from music due to the loss of his father. Alongside this he is writing his first poetry book and planning multiple tours throughout 2026.

Pianodrome Bruntsfield is at The St.Oswald's Center at 41 Montpelier Park, Bruntsfield, Edinburgh EH10 4NB, just parallel to the main street and next to the primary school. It has an accessible entrance and an accessible toilet. Please get in touch if there is anything else you'd like to ask or tell us prior to your visit.
Concessions
We do not check your right to a concession or name your price ticket. If you feel you can afford the full price please select this ticket. However, concessions prices are there to help anybody attend the show - if you need a lower cost ticket you are in the best position to determine that. No questions asked.
Accessibility
There is ramped access to the main hall of the Pianodrome. We have an accessible toilet and space for wheelchairs. Most of our performances are relaxed performances. If you have any access requirements please feel free to email us at boxoffice@pianodrome.org.
