In 1898, the Dallas Dhu Distillery was designed and constructed by legendary icons of Scotch whisky, Alexander Edward and Charles Doig. After nearly a century of producing classic Speyside single malt, the distillery fired its stills for the final time in 1983. Today, guests are welcomed to enjoy a rare opportunity to step back in time and to delve into the distillery’s Victorian past and learn about traditional whisky-making techniques.
Each guided tour will conclude with a delicious dram of the New Era whisky, ensuring a memorable experience for whisky novices and connoisseurs alike.
