To fuel the fun, enjoy a hearty serving of stovies—a traditional Scottish comfort dish made with slow-cooked potatoes, onions, and slow-cooked beef, seasoned to perfection. It’s a true taste of home that pairs beautifully with the evening’s festivities. (Macaroni and cheese available as a vegetarian option.)

The whisky bar at the Whisky Capital Inn will also be open, offering a great selection of over 400 whiskies. Savour a dram or two while soaking in the electric ceilidh atmosphere.
