Ladies and gentlemen, friends and neighbours from near and far, you are warmly invited to gather and share in a celebration of community, culture, and the cherished whisky cask, at Dallas Dhu Distillery.

Join us at the Carnival of the Cask where there will be plenty of exciting cask-themed activities for all ages, from the young to the young at heart. Come along and be part of a welcoming occasion that brings the community together.

Throughout the day, there'll be lots of free fun and exciting displays, entertainment and attractions:

Live Music - live performances from local artists and traditional Scottish music.

Market Stalls - discover unique local crafts, food, and more from talented artisans.

Highland Dancing - bringing energy, tradition and Scottish culture.

Activities for Kids - face painting, treasure hunt and more!

Mini Highland Games – get competitive with fun activities for all ages. Have a go at tossing the caber!

The Dallas Dhu Duck Derby! – after the success of the Dallas Dhu Duck Derby in 2025, this highly competitive race returns to the Manachy Burn.

Bird of Prey Display - meet some magnificent birds of prey in this unique and informative experience.

Photography Exhibition & Competition - marvel at local talent or submit your own masterpiece for a chance to win prizes.

Liz Green Art Exhibition – view some of the whisky-themed works by talented local artist, Liz Green.

Raffle – win fantastic prizes and support a local charity.

Local Food Vendors - satisfy your cravings with delicious food and drinks available all day.

Cooperage Display - see the traditional craft of cask-making in action, a nod to the distillery’s rich whisky heritage.

Mini Highland Games – get competitive with fun activities for all ages. Have a go at tossing the caber!

Whisky Collection Display – enjoy an extraordinary collection of rare and unique whisky artefacts.

Specialist Whisky Shop - selling lots of rare and hard-to-find whiskies including Murray McDavid and Aceo Spirits from their expansive archive collection.
