Join the director of Dallas Dhu, Edward Odim, for an unmissable opportunity to learn and discover fascinating insights behind the revival of one of Scotland’s most cherished distilleries. Price: £85.00 | Capacity: 20
During this intimate Director’s Tour, along with a range of special drams, Edward will share his passion for the Dallas Dhu Distillery project and the local Forres area and its community. This in-depth experience offers an access-all-areas tour. You’ll be guided through the rich heritage of the Victorian buildings and share Edward’s insights into ‘old fashioned’ whisky making.
Throughout the tour, Edward will encourage questions and conversation about any aspect of whisky making of interest to you – sharing his knowledge based on his 26 years’ experience in the Scotch whisky industry.
After exploring the vintage distillery, you will have the chance to register as a ‘Friend of Dallas Dhu Distillery’ so that you will receive a regular newsletter keeping you up to date on the journey of this unique project. Signing up will also put you at the front of the queue for a bottle of Dallas Dhu spirit when it becomes available – and even secure one of the highly limited number of casks that will emerge from the new era of Dallas Dhu Distillery.
