Enjoy a midday treat with a food and whisky tasting experience featuring Speyside whiskies, each perfectly paired with Scottish delicacies by Master of the Quaich, Ann Miller.
You will taste four drams, paired in turn with small plates of smoked salmon, cured meats, selected cheeses served with oatcakes plus a sweet treat. This entertaining and informative experience in Ann’s Dram Room showcases Scotland’s wonderful food and whiskies as well as their stories.
As you taste each dram, Ann will relate their distinctive features to the distillery where it is produced, explaining their different production, distillation and maturation methods and linking them to the creation of flavours in the drams. She shares tasting notes, encouraging you to discover as much as possible in each dram and explains her inspiration for each pairing.
Over 18s only.
