This biographical whisky tasting celebrates the enduring legacy of Charles Doig, the pioneering distillery architect whose pagoda roof ventilator design became an icon in the landscape of Scotch whisky. This immersive event will take place in the preserved office buildings at Dallas Dhu Distillery, where Charles Doig worked in the 19th Century.

Whilst you sit in the same room Charles Doig worked, I will be showing guests through historical artifacts relating to Doig’s work in the whisky industry, while sipping on a range of Speyside whiskies produced at distilleries shaped by the great man himself!

This experience promises to tingle the tastebuds of whisky lovers who crave a little history with their dram!
