It gives me great pleasure to introduce José and Laura – who are the ninth-generation family producers of fine Sherry, from Bodegas Ximénez-Spínola, in Jerez.

José and Laura will join Edward Odim and myself at Dallas Dhu Distillery to present you with a selection of prestigious Ximénez-Spínola Sherry alongside our outstanding Scotch whiskies matured in their authentic sherry casks. We will be discussing how these exceptional casks influence aroma, flavour and character - the Art of Maturation.

This promises to be a truly unmissable opportunity for whisky lovers to learn more about the production of Sherry that influences much-loved Sherry finished whiskies.

José and Laura will share deep insight into the methods, heritage, and craftsmanship involved in Sherry making at their highly respected bodega, that will deepen your understanding of the enduring relationship between sherry and Scotch whisky.
