Speyburn 1975 x Not Another Whisky Podcast – live recording and tasting Book your place in Speyburn – and podcasting – history.
This is your chance to join a very special live recording of Not Another Whisky Podcast at the distillery, including the opportunity to taste the oldest Speyburn we’ve ever bottled.
Host Mitch Bechard will sit down with Master Blender Sarah Burgess and Distillery Manager Euan Henderson. Together, they’ll step back to Speyburn in 1975 to discover hidden corners and forgotten stories. Then they’ll step back into 2026, for a look (and taste) of what’s in store for the distillery.
First, there’s a short tour of our brand home. (Our steep hillside setting and endless stairs are part of our charm, but this does mean that part of the afternoon isn’t accessible to wheelchair users.)
After the tour, you’ll enjoy a highball before the mics go live, followed by a dram from our core range. Then it’s your chance to be one of the first to taste Speyburn’s oldest ever bottling: the 50-year-old 1975, only available from the distillery.
Your Hosts:
Sarah Burgess – Speyburn’s newly appointed Head of Whisky Creation, Sarah brings over 25 years of whisky-making experience, including senior roles at The Macallan and The Lakes. Known for her creativity and precision, she brings a bold new direction to Speyburn.
Euan Henderson – Distillery Manager at Speyburn, Euan is the man behind the stills, overseeing every drop that leaves the distillery. Warm, knowledgeable, and hands-on, he’s the perfect insider guide to Speyburn’s heritage and future.
Mitch Bechard – Keeper of the Quaich, founder of CopperCairn, and co-host of Not Another Whisky Podcast, Mitch brings over 20 years of whisky industry experience, a passion for Speyside, and a healthy dose of mischief to every tasting.
Refund Policy: No refund.
