It may seem that women have only recently begun to make a mark on the Scotch whisky industry, but history tells us a different story.
Join Ann Miller, the Dram Queen and Master of the Quaich, for a fascinating talk tracing the contribution made to distilling in Speyside by some notable women since the days of illicit distillation. A tasting of 6 drams will bring their stories to life.
Over 18s only.
Following a long whisky career, Ann, a Lifetime Ambassador for the Festival, offers a range of entertaining and informative whisky experiences including tutored tastings and bespoke events. Her Dram Room is on the family farm at Alton, between Macallan and Cardhu and close to Archiestown. A free driver’s kit can be provided.
