The Tamdhu Taster Menu is a five-course dining experience built around flavour, seasonality, and the best local produce, showcasing the care and craft behind our two-rosette cooking. Each course is paired with three carefully selected Tamdhu drams, with a welcome highball served on arrival to set the tone for the evening.

A Tamdhu Ambassador will be on hand throughout the night, sharing the stories and character behind each whisky, while our team guides you through the menu, talking through the thinking, flavours, and inspiration behind every dish. The pace is relaxed, allowing time to enjoy each course, each dram, and the conversation around the table.

Following dinner, guests are invited to unwind in the Spirit Safe, where the evening continues with live music from Luke Gunn. It’s an opportunity to settle in, reflect on the meal, and enjoy a few unhurried moments in good company, rounding off the experience in a way that feels easy, memorable, and distinctly Speyside.

Getting here: There is a regular bus service to and from the hotel, the number 36, operated by Stagecoach. During the festival period, Stagecoach will be running additional services. There are also reliable local taxi options, although these are likely to book up quickly during the festival. We recommend Craigellachie Cars and Ace Taxis.
