Step into the heart of The Cabrach and gather as generations once did.

Join us at The Cabrach Distillery for the Old Steading Session—an evening that echoes a time when stories were shared by firelight, music drifted through stone walls, and a dram was poured among friends.

Held in our historic steadings at Inverharroch Farm (1849), this intimate night weaves together centuries-old tales of whisky-making and smuggling, live traditional folk music, and the simple pleasure of sharing whisky in good company. These are stories born of the hills, shaped by hardship, and passed down in quiet moments—brought to life once more in the place they belong.

A small bar serving soft drinks and Spey Valley Beers will also be available to purchase drinks throughout the evening.

Getting here: Accessible by car or hire car/bus. No public bus available.Taxis are recommended to be booked in advance and designated drivers should book a designated driver ticket to receive a complimentary driver kit.
