Rachel has spent over 25 years with The Macallan/Edrington, rising through the organisation through a wide range of roles. Her career journey is an example of deep, end to end experience in whisky making and production. It began in bottling operations, progressed into engineering leadership roles, she has worked closely with oak and cask suppliers in Jerez, Spain and oversees distillation, maturation, engineering and estate operations at The Macallan Estate.
