Tomintoul Sherry Masterclass with Master Blender Iain Forteath & Sherry Expert Diego Borrás

It is no secret that our Master Blender, Iain Forteath, is a huge fan of Sherry, both for the wines themselves and for the incredible flavours these special casks bring to our single malts.

For this year’s Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival, Iain has invited renowned Sherry expert Diego Borrás to share his knowledge of the exquisite wines of Jerez.

Together, they will guide whisky fans through how these fortified wines influence the character of some of their favourite drams.

Guests will enjoy a special tour of Tomintoul Distillery, followed by an interactive tasting session with Iain and Diego, featuring both Tomintoul Single Malts and a variety of sherry wines.

Driving? Don’t worry, we’ll have drivers’ packs at the ready for anyone who can’t enjoy the drams on the day! Each pack will include six specially-selected drams
