Tormore Warehouse Tour & Tasting - A Celebration of Sherry

Information

Ollie Chilton, Head Blender at Elixir Distillers, will guide you through the production process at Tormore then take you into the warehouse for a deep dive into the maturation process and a celebration of sherry. Discover where we source the casks and learn about the different types of sherry used and how those different casks affect the final flavour of the whisky.

You’ll try 4 x 15ml cask samples from the warehouse alongside the corresponding sherry.
