Information

Galloway's larder is one of the finest in Scotland, and this is your chance to taste your way through it in a single afternoon.

Celebrity chefs Rosemary Shrager and Julie Lin take to the stage to celebrate some of the region's most delicious produce, preparing dishes inspired by it, and sharing the stories of the people behind it.

You'll be welcomed with a dish of Galloway Macaroni Cheese, made with Galloway Cheddar produced right here in Stranraer, before Rosemary and Julie get to work. Expect wild Loch Ryan venison, honey from the Walled Garden Honey Co, a dram from Galloway Distillery to sample, and some Galloway guests along the way.

Look forward to an afternoon of good food, great company, and the flavours that make this beautiful corner of Scotland so special.
