Calling all bread enthusiasts. Join Helen Cross in conversation with doctor, author and Great British Bake Off finalist, James Morton as they discuss his 8th book, The Big Book of Bread; Recipes and Stories from Around the Globe.

James will also deliver one of his expert bread master classes and take us on a tour around the world through his love of bread. Copies of his new book will also be available to buy.

Expert bread baker, James, was a finalist in the 2012 series of Great British Bake Off. Helen Cross, originally from Stranraer, is a podcaster, story teller and food writer, and long standing friend of Stranraer Oyster Festival.
