Rising TV star Julie Lin returns to Stranraer Oyster Festival after her hugely popular appearances in previous years. A successful restaurateur, regular on BBC's Saturday Kitchen and author of Sama Sama, Julie brings her vibrant Malaysian and Scottish cooking style to our Kitchen Marquee.
Known for blending bold Asian flavours with Scotland's finest produce, Julie's energetic and engaging demonstrations are both entertaining and inspiring. Her warm, approachable style and creative techniques will leave you excited to recreate her recipes at home.

This demonstration is suitable for all ages and cooking abilities. Many of Julie's previous appearances at Stranraer Oyster Festival have sold out, so early booking is strongly recommended.
