Join local legends Douglas and Massimo Lisi for a cookery & cocktail demo in our Festival Kitchen Marquee Finale
Local and much loved Chef Dougie Lisi of Tigh Na Mara will give passionate cookery demos paired with cocktails from his award-winning cocktail maker brother, Massimo, who represented Britain in the World Cocktail Championships in 2003. The brothers are previous owners of award winning Italian Restaurant L'aperitif, and their Stranraer Oyster Festival demos regularly sell out.
They'll be joined by one (or more) other local chefs, details TBC, at the final event of Stranraer Oyster Festival 2025 in the Kitchen Marquee.
