Join local chef legend David Alexander for a cookery masterclass with a focus on local flavours
One of Dumfries & Galloway's most accomplished chefs, Dave Alexander, Head Chef at Dunskey Estate, returns to Stranraer Oyster Festival for a Saturday afternoon session in the Kitchen Marquee that will be packed with flavour. Before joining Dunskey, Dave was formerly the executive chef at Glenapp Castle, and his varied career has also seen him work with Hywel Jones at Lucknam, Adam Byatt at Trinity Restaurant Clapham, Bruno Oger at La Villa Archange Cannes and Tom Kitchin at The Kitchin in Edinburgh.
