Festival favourite and Chef Ambassador Tony Singh returns for an extra demo, added because his festival events are all but sold out.

Tony has been coming to Stranraer for years and cooks like a man among friends – because at Stranraer Oyster Festival, we are friends indeed.

Tony’s Scottish-Punjabi cooking is packed with flavour, and his patter is even spicier than his food. Fast, funny and gloriously unpredictable, a Tony Singh demo is one part cookery masterclass, one part stand-up show.
