Learn how to make your harvest go further at an introductory workshop in pressure canning.
Led by Rose Benoy, local smallholder and owner of Rosehip Eco Living, we'll be talking through canning fresh and dried fruits and vegetables, learning how to make our seasonal food go further and last longer.

This is a great opportunity to see canning in action; with Rose's experience you will leave feeling confident to start your own canning journey, and you'll have some freshly preserved food to take away with you at the end!
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners. No experience needed.
Tea and coffee will be provided, but feel free to bring along your own drink and snack if you like.
Important Information
Children under 18 must attend with a responsible adult.
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to friends or family.
Please note, this workshop can be attended as a stand alone workshop, however, we will be holding a follow on Creative Canning workshop on Thursday 1st May which can be booked separately.
