Information

Young artists are invited to take part in this fantastic Plein Air competition in the beautiful surroundings of Old St Mary’s Church in Clonmel, painting outdoors with guidance and support from experienced local artists.

Gain confidence, explore your creativity and then celebrate your work with friends and family at a pop-up exhibition.

Ages: 7-18 years

Parents are required to sign in with their child for the event (required for all participants) at Old St. Mary's Church from 9:30am to 1:30pm on Saturday, 11th July.

Following the young plein air there will be a pop-up exhibition of participants' work.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE BOOKING A TICKET FOR THE CORRECT TIME SLOT CORRESPONDING WITH THE AGE RANGE OF THE YOUNG ARTIST - SEE WORKSHOP TIMES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING

10am: Workshop 1 (Ages: 7-9 yrs)
Duration: 60 mins

11.30am: Workshop 2 (Ages: 10-12 yrs)
Duration: 1 ½ hrs

1.30pm: Workshop 3 (Ages: 13-18 yrs)
Duration: 2 ½ hrs
