A gentle walk to rediscover inspirational nature on your doorstep
We invite you to join us for a gentle amble in the wonderful Aberlady Nature Reserve, and a chance to walk and talk.
Spending time in nature is good for our health and wellbeing and what better way to experience this than in the beautiful and wild surroundings of the reserve.
The walk will be for 90 mins, mainly on the flat, using the beaten earth paths through the reserve and with a bit of beach walking.
