How do I change the 'sales end' date for a live stream event with "Watch again" enabled?
With the "Watch again" feature enabled for your live stream event, you can continue selling access to the recorded video after the event ends. To extend the ticket sales period, navigate to your event's setup page, edit the "Sales end" date under the Dates section, and save the new date. This allows potential viewers to purchase access to watch the recorded stream past the original event end date.
- Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.
- Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.
- Click “Setup”.
- Click “Dates”.
- Click “Edit” next to your current date and select the date and time you want tickets to stop selling under “Sales end”.
- Click ”Save”.
- The 'sales end' date will allow your event to display on our main ”Events” page past the event end date.
