How to export sales & revenue reports across multiple events
This feature allows organisers to consolidate sales and revenue data from multiple events into a single report. Organisers can select desired events, apply filters, and generate a unified file containing the consolidated financial metrics across their chosen event portfolio. This centralised export streamlines analysis of total sales performance spanning numerous events.
You can export your sales & revenue reports across multiple events by doing the following:
- Select the checkbox on the main dashboard to select all OR select the events you'd like to include in the export
- On the drop down menu, choose sales & revenue
- Filter by time period (if needed)
- Click export.
If you need to load all events on one page to include them in the export, please change the pagination settings at the bottom of the dashboard to "all" before selecting your events and exporting.
To view and export sales & revenue data for past events, click "previous", or "all" to load these events on your dashboard. Then, follow the same steps as above.
