Tickets - What is "Ticket Grouping"?

This feature allows organisers to categorise and display different ticket types in organised groups on the event's ticket purchase widget. Organisers can create custom group titles and optionally have the groups collapsed by default when shown to customers. This makes it easier for attendees to navigate and select their desired ticket type from the relevant sections. Ticket Grouping provides a cleaner, more structured layout for events that have multiple ticket types across different categories like general admission, VIP, student pricing, etc.

  1. To add a ticket group for particular ticket types, from within your event, click on the "tickets" tile.
  2. Click “Ticket grouping” at the top right corner.
  3. Add your “Group Title” and click "Create Group" to confirm. If you want the ticket group to be collapsed when displaying in the ticket widget on your event’s page, select the checkbox “Show as collapsed as default”.
  4. To add another ticket group, repeat the same steps.

Note: You can see what ticket groups are collapsed by the tick or cross icon. If you wish to change this, click  “Toggle”. If not, click “Back to Tickets” to sort your ticket types into the correct ticket group.

  1. Choose the group you wish to sort each ticket type into by clicking the “...” and select the desired option from the dropdown box.
  2. Once you have selected each ticket type’s ticket group, click “Save groups”.

Your event’s ticket widget will display your ticket types into the ticket group you have sorted them into. If you have set your ticket group to show as collapsed, it can be opened by customers when they click “View”.

The ticket platform that saves you time and makes you money.
