Tickets - How can I create a ticket that allows customers to set their own price?

This feature allows organisers to create ticket types where customers can set their own price, also known as "Name Your Price" tickets. When enabled, this feature lets attendees enter the amount they wish to pay during checkout, rather than having a fixed price. Organisers can specify a suggested price amount to guide customers, as well as set an optional minimum price floor. This open pricing approach can increase accessibility and accommodate a wider range of attendees.

  1. Click on the “Events” button on the left-hand main panel.
  2. Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.
  3. Click “Setup”.
  4. Click “Tickets”.
  5. Click “Edit”.
  6. Click "Advanced Options".
  7. A new box will appear at the top under Free Ticket.
  8. Select the checkbox beside “Name your price - allow customers to set their own price”.
  9. Type your “Suggested Price (£)” for your ticket type in the box and select the checkbox “Name your price”.
  10. If you want to add the minimum price the ticket purchaser can pay for a ticket, type the amount in the box below and click “Save Changes”. Your suggested price and the name of your price box will be presented on your event page below.
