Tickets - How do I hide a ticket type?

The ability to hide ticket types allows organisers to make certain ticket options temporarily unavailable to the general public on the event's ticket purchase page. By marking a ticket type as "hidden", it becomes invisible to regular attendees but remains available for sale through the organiser's box office or backend channels. This feature is useful for pre-sales, early bird specials, or selling tickets to specific groups like members or friends/family before opening up to the broader audience.

  1. Click “Tickets”.
  2. Click “Edit” on the ticket type you wish to hide.
  3. Scroll down and click on “Advanced options”.
  4. Check the “Hidden Ticket” box.
  5. Click Save.

Note: This ticket is hidden from the public page but can still be sold in the Box Office. It is useful if you want to sell pre-sale tickets to "Friends & Family" or "Members" before selling to the general public.
